We build your profile

You spend ninety minutes with us. We write the page, lay out your work, and design it to do justice to your craft. You never have to figure out how to market yourself.

We verify, so buyers trust

We talk to your past students, look at your work, check your credentials. Every claim gets a green tick. Buyers arrive already half-convinced.

You set your rate. We send bookings.

You decide what your time is worth. We handle calendar, payments, video link, reminders. You join the call. That is all.

The standard

What earns a place here.

We are not building a directory. We are building a curated list of the genuinely skilled. Here is what we look for, and what we will ask you to show us.

    Show us your work.
    Video of you in action, your portfolio, samples, recordings — whatever proves the craft. A thirty-second showreel from a dancer; photos of paintings from an artist.
  2. 02
    A track record we can verify.
    Years teaching, students taught, named venues, specific events. Vague claims do not work here. Specific ones do.
  3. 03
    Two or three people who can vouch for you.
    Past students, peers, or collaborators. We call them. Each becomes a verified vouch on your profile.
  4. 04
    Any formal credentials, if you have them.
    Degree, certification, affiliation with a known institution. Optional. Not having paper does not disqualify you. Real work always counts more.
  5. 05
    A clear sense of who you want to teach.
    The more specific the offering (get sangeet-ready in three sessions, NIFT portfolio reviews), the better it converts. We help you shape this.
An ustad is not someone who got lucky with an algorithm. It is someone who put in the years. Ustadji exists to find them, prove them, and pay them what they are worth.
